Our bentonite minerals are extracted from deep mines using high-tech machines that ease the effort of the laborers. Mining Facilities
Bentonite is usually an open cast mine and contain over burden of 3̢۪ to 25̢۪ in our mines. We have all the mining facilities & Earth Movers in our area. As per the requirement of Quality & Quantity of material, mining work is carried out. Bentonite Lump is Quarried & Dried to reduce the moisture and removing of foreign material which is harmful for the quality of Bentonite.

Processing & Pulverizing
Processing of the Bentonite is the most important part for the Manufacturing of the Different Grade of Bentonite. Bentonite are activated with Soda Ash, polymer and other Chemical as per desire product. After activation of raw Bentonite, sun dry the material & then pulverize for the final product in powder form. But Before pulverizing our Bentonite have to pass Quality Inspection.

Packaging
Fur Industrial used Bentonite, we are using HDPE bag of 25 kg, 50 kg. 1 MT Jumbo bag with Lamination & liner. We also use PAPER BAG of 25 kg & 50 kg for the some. For Consumer used Bentonite, we are using Paper Bag, Plastic Bag & Plastic Box of 5 kg, 10 kg & 15 kg. All the packing are Moisture proof. Zero leakage & Strung enough to withstand rigors of transit.
